These terms cover use of the UK Fostering Visibility Index, published by SetpointHQ Limited, company number 17124602, registered office 22 Heath Road, Ipswich IP4 5SA. The Index is free to read.
The scores are pre-release
The Index is a pre-release measurement. Scores can change as the methodology develops, and they come with no warranty. Treat them as an indication, not a certified rating. We only ever compare scores within the same methodology version, which the methodology page sets out.
What you can do with it
Reading, citing, and linking to the Index are welcome. Indexing by search engines and AI assistants is welcome too, since being findable is exactly what the Index measures. What these terms don’t grant is bulk-downloading the underlying data or republishing the scores as your own product. For any specific use beyond that, ask first.
Not advice
The Index measures findability. It isn’t advice on fostering, procurement, or anything else, and you shouldn’t rely on it as if it were.
