Share of Local Fostering Voice arrives at launch
At launch, the Index will lead with Share of Local Fostering Voice: the proportion of local fostering demand captured by the public ecosystem, the authority and its hub together, versus private agencies, across Google and AI assistants. That measure is still being calibrated across the full pool, so no figure is shown in this pre-release. What you can see today is the Composite Findability Score and the 4 measured dimensions behind it.
Independent by design
Scoring is independent of whether a service is a SetpointHQ client. Where a service cannot be measured, for example when its site blocks automated access, we record an honest data gap rather than a false zero, so a service is never marked down for something we could not see.
